Up from a quick sleep
Hope Simon got to Cornwall ok, and the rest of you got up the M1 ok.
The views and roads we have seen and driven have been stunning.
Massive thanks to Sticky for a superbly routed trip, every day just got better and better
Simon had our rooms and ferry sorted, big thanks mate
Jade and Sean were great fun, Al in the.........ermmmm, oh yes, the Beemer kept up no probs and was a good rear gunner. Andy and Ellie were ace and so funny, thanks. Simon in the Lotus was sunburned and stiff but never complained
Too many highlights, but me and Sticky up that pass was soooo good, still grinning from ear to ear

One to remember and cherish.

 

Welcome back mate, really glad all went well, and was chuffed to hear Stelvio was open.

Well what can I say

Awesome trip with a fantastic bunch of people. Got plenty of pics to sort through and upload later on, when I get home

Massive thanks again to Sticky for planning such a top route on those roads and to everyone for making it such a great week

Think my sunburn has just about gone, but my back is still in several pieces, think its about time I bought myself a proper car (and no Al, its not gonna be a 3 series )

Not a bad word to say about the trip. Even the 90 euro fine just added to the experience

Only downside is my Credit Card got hit for about £300 so far thats not mine Think Al and Andy had theirs stopped due to people scamming, but everyone please check your statements carefully The 23 euros of fuel I put in mid afternoon when we stopped, has gone on my card as £50 odd Plus got done for a small fortune at the Shell . .

How long is it til the 2009 Trip?
