Weather forecast for this Sunday appears to be occasional scattered showers, but drying up, so sounds OK to me!
Of course if it wants to change to blazing sunshine and 25 degrees I won't be complaining!

I don't know how much flying will be involved as the empasis is on it being a Car Show with discounted entry to the museum for car clubs & not a full blown Air Show.
Taken from their site :-
Car Clubs at IWM Duxford
"As a living museum, there is always activity onsite, from repairs and maintenance to the museum’s unrivalled collection of military aircraft, to the sight of one of the many flying aeroplanes based here taking to the air."

Depends on what repair status they are at with any specific plane which will decide if they fly it or not. They often get some out mid afternoon to run up and down the hangers area and every now and then, take one or two off for a spin around....
Having said that you "can" get a number of planes up in the air at the same time, so you never know!

Wakey wakey.
Washed mine yesterday & it rained just as I got to the Posers gathering point.
Just off to pick Jess up from her night shift. If you see her later dozing behind a plane please do not disturb.

What a good day
Good turn out & good mix of cars
Was it a disguised '09 scoob parked on the end??
I think Mrs ST? has decided to keep her graphics
and may add a couple more
Must be plenty of pics later

What a day.......... I eventually left about 3pm, had done more walking in that one day than I've done in a month - knackered now!
Just started sorting through my pictures - have got the best ones down to just under 200!!!
Guess it will take me a while to sort out what to put up and get them uploaded onto photobucket.... phew!
Many thanks to Mark for arranging this so we could join the Scoobycity lot - wanted to go back here since last year to "finish off" the areas I never spent any time in, or took photos in, before.......
Anybody go into the NAFFI Canteen then??

Glad everyone enjoyed it.
My thanks to Tony (darkstars from Scoobycity) who set this rolling & invited the ESC to join them & to Jim one of their events organisers. And of course to you guys for taking part.
Some nice pictures there as well Louie & Stu..
There are some brilliant aerial action shots like these if you click this link & scroll towards the bottom :-
Scoobycity :: View topic - Duxford Spring Car Show pictures
And talking of dozy wife's Simon. Jess must have spent the first 2 hours sound asleep in the Stealth wagon. Bless her. Got to give her credit for still wanting to come after a long old night at work though.

Just wanted to say sorry I didn't attend and give a personal apology to 53WRX.
As some may have noticed I was at Southend last night but made a quick fire exit fairly early on due to some circumstances i'd rather not go into as i'm not wanting to seem as i'm asking for sympathy.
Once again sorry, and 53WRX I'm happy to travel to wherever for you to try you wheels as I had previously stated you could. All I request is due to on-going procedings that'll take place this week I won't be able to offer any assistance with the wheels till some point next week.
Sorry.
Andy
