all sorted got a email back from precious metals

Hello Darcy, Sorry you are having problems with our item. As stated in the listing anddescription these are OE spec subaru items so require the fog lights to beremoved to allow the brackets to be installed correctly. Some people domodify the brackets slighty to allow the bracket to be installed as thecovers will fit over the lamps but that is up to yourself.
so ill get my modifying skills out

didnt get time to post before going away on holiday.

just removed the fogs and stuck the covers on using the brackets. dont need the fogs anyway

on the prefacelift, can you put covers over foglights or do you have to remove them?

best remove them unless you can modify the brackets. Its far easier
