The driver drives AS their profession which does not automatically make him/her a professional driver. This is as opposed to someone who has taken extra tests (bus/lorry/other) and has an additional entitlement to their license which they can drive.

I also find it a nuisance when I am driving at the speed limit when I get people tailgating me within 5 feet of my rear bumper because they just can't wait to overtake, and when they do it is often pretty dangerously done, both to me and to oncoming traffic.
