injector "o" ring leaking. it will fill the inlet and cylinder with petrol as soon as the ignition is switched on and the fuel pump primes up.
seen it before, remove all 4 plugs one at a time to see if any is soaked with fuel then youll know which injector it is.
hope this is the case and is a cheap fix

imho.. cheap oil mixed with decent is worse than a little petrol in good oil..
do an oil change and use decent oil imho.. too much cheap oil will hang around if you change it.
any left over petrol will burn off and come out the breathers once oil is upto temp.

Don't think the amount of petrol which was in mine would of burnt off, think there was more petrol than oil.
Cheap oil was just put in whilst trying to find the fault, rather than ruin another 5 liters of £50 stuff, would never drive the car for any time with cheap oil.
BTW it was semi-syn Comma stuff i've used.
The car will only be driven about 3 miles once running, then the engine is coming out anyway, to make way for my new built 2.5

Managed to get it to start today 
Swapped the injectors around (one nearest the turbo and the one nearest the driver side headlight)
Got fuel pressure back and it started no problem
Ran for a couple of minutes then cut out When it try to restart it - No Fuel Pressure again 
Checked the Cylinder at the front (where the dodgy injector/o-ring is) and the plug was dry 
Checked the one nearest the turbo where the fault was orginally and the plug was wet.
Think i need to get 4 new 0-rings!!!
