Just got back a few weeks ago! Flew world traveller plus on BA, quite expensive for 3 seats but worth it.

I went 10 years ago and wasn't too impressed as I thought it was too westernised, but now with a small family I love it!

View from my room!

Cool

I went in 1994 with two friends, one of whom worked for the company that puts most UK business Sandy Lanes way, so we got to stay there for next to nothing, most fortunate

Spent most of the week playing golf on their course, so didn't venture out much, but I have a distinct memory of the coast of the island being the most idyllic place on earth, but the interior was like a hot Denley Moor! The place has been stripped for sugar plantations, and now they are all abandoned, very sad.

The locals seemed very friendly though, and the local rum ws cheap and plentiful

I would deffo go back, sadly I won't be going to Sandy Lane though
