Traffic Light Grand Prix....................350Z
I owned a Z for 2 years before buying the scoob. 0-60mph the scoob is in a different league as the Z is naturally aspirated and heavy. However, top end the Z could hold it's own against an 06 STi in a straight line.
Like above though, the Z is more fun than fast sub 90mph.

,the times i forgot and tried to drift only for the TC to cut in
Yeah know what you mean mate and it was a very heavy handed TC system as well. Really cut the power when it kicked in... which in the wet was around every corner.
Another annoying point was the posh telephone woman that didn't get my geordie accent and would never dial the numbers I shouted at it

:thumbDon`t usualy get involved with this sort of behaviour but when I pulled up at the 1st set this morning on my local Dual : Carridge way got this big grumbly sounding 350Z pulling aside me in the outside lane.
No matter how quick you can set off you can never make it to the next lights before they change to Red. I know this as I`ve been driving the same road for the past 23 years
. Mr Nissan did`nt and flew off the line, gunning it for the first 2 years, then anchors on
. I just cruised up to him in the inside lane whilst he waited still in the outside lane for the lights again.
This time its a straight as an arrow 1 mile straight with no further traffic lights, as it goes into a rural area with lots of fields and those big cows with huge horns (Highland????).
Well it would be rude not to would`nt it............................keeping the Subaru end up and all that
Blitzed him.
