Anti Lag / Over run = cool.

Sticking a spark plug up your exhaust = uncool..

Well that's £39.50 + P&P well spent..

You might as well save yourself £38.50 & buy yourself a £1 Bic lighter and set light to your farts.

I remember seeing Starship Impreza's scoob at JAE doing the night time flaming!

The whole exhaust was glowing red hot when he finished!

I have a video clip of the brighton carpark, I will see if I can upload it!

Thats not just flaming!!! talk about sorting out tail gaters!!!
I have to ask, i know its already been asked, but i couldnt see any definative answers. Without using the sh*te flamer kits, whats the basics needed, is it just a decat, full exhaust and a bit of over fuelling, or do you need a proper als system??

fitted mine yesterday and was easy to install.
1. wire from battery through bulkhead to switch(mounted on center console)
2. wire from switch under carpet to the boot
3. mount coilpack into the boot (mines on the cover above the spare wheel )
4. fit wire that i brought through from the switch to the coilpack
5. route plug lead from coil pack through bung in spare wheel well .(so it hangs under car)
6. fit spark plug to backbox (top so its unseen )
7. connect plug lead
8. coonect earth from coilpack to boot latch .

switch ignition on and check spark is visible in tailpipe

took about an hour in all and all wiring is not visible

pics of flames to come

same as you. did mine a few weeks ago and get good results while driving on 1 bar and above of boost but nothing under.
will a bigger/stronger spark plug work better?
i have full decat and pushing 330bhp with pink injectors so i should have everything there for flames. any tips welcome.

I also have full de-cat and VTA dump valve....

The the videos I see on Youtube are just reving the engine while sitting stationary and popping out 4FT flames

Athough I don't want flames quite that big at least some flames would be nice.

Rev to 6000rpm and let go, let the revs fall all the way down and it will flame. When moving it's different obviously as the engine is actually under load!

An External BOV will help spit the hot fire too.
