Confirmation Tandem Jump Saturday 01st March

Another update.....
just about to leave work, i called the centre about 20mins ago and they are adamant the jump will go ahead,
He confirmed the winds there are running at 22mph and they jump up until 24mph, he told me not to take too much notice of bbc weather etc,
He was quite confident they are still doing it, so at this moment in time all is positive peeps....
will be getting sandwich stuff on my way home now, jump in the bath, relax them muscles as an extreme sports woman does and then i will be prepared.....

Sarah if it's not too much trouble would it be ok if me and Lindsay meet you on the road? Yeadon is quite far from where we live so it's easier for us to go through Bradford to get to the A65.

Breaking News!!
Having just spoken to our resident daredevil, today’s jump was eventually postponed due to high winds.
Sarah did all the training and the interviews all went as planned, but the Skydive centre said they could not make a decision to jump until midday due to the wind conditions.
As said above, at midday the centre made the decision under safety reasons that the jump has being postponed.
Potentially the jump may go ahead tomorrow (Sunday) so the wait may well not be that long, this has it’s benefits as Sarah disclosed to the press she has not go any clean underwear left.
Due to this news, Scott was forced to cancel his order on the STI8 and equally phoned the dating agency and cancelled the shipment of 6 Taiwanese brides
Seriously these things happen and I am pretty sure Sarah will get the Support regardless when the jump takes place

We're absolutely knackered! It's a shame the jump didn't go ahead but it was a great day. I'm proud that we nearly got barred from the skydive centre (Thunderbirds are go!!) and it was a great run up Kirkstone pass.
Thanks to everyone who made the day what it was, and thanks to my car alarm for finally playing ball. Also Big thanks to Mark (Hudders1) for letting me have a blast in your car. I now blame you and Debs for making want a new car

Yep another update.....

Yes the jump got cancelled yesterday, thank you for doing the update Mick,
I was gutted yesterday when it was postponed I was so calm and ready for it, I got told to call today to see if it could go ahead, but its too windy so it was a no go again,
I am waiting to hear from Radio Aire for it to be rescheduled, looks like it might be the 15th March but its not confirmed yet....
thank you for everyone that came yesterday, it was a good day even though it didnt go as planned, a nice little run through kirkstone pass

Well im fed up of waiting on this now guys, still really excited to be doing it but just want to get it done.....
Weather is down for Sleet, parachute centre are meant to be confirming today but looks like it will be cancelled....

Sorry for short notice, but this has now been cancelled, parachute centre confirmed today,
I will be waiting on what date they are putting it in at again, and of course i will keep you all updated
