Ben Collins has been on Top Gear in the past as himself, most notably in the Rally Evo drving down a grasss hill racing a skateboarder

i had a trackday with him at donnington a couple of weeks back - boy he can drive

there is also been 2 other stigs but not sure who they are!!!!!!!!!!

 

Surely the whole idea of them creating 'The Stig' and keeping him anonymous is so they can swap him/her around as necessary.

For example: They can substitute a manufacturers nomnated test driver when they want to race an expensive supercar around their test track and the manufacturer will only let their driver drive - a frequent occurence.
