I am with DL in a fashion, buy a nice house/villa somewhere warm and own it outright to save any additional costs, then depending on any other sources of income either leave England totally or when and if I wanted to.
Failing that and dependant on circumstances I would pay off my mortgage and then rethink the next step.

Buy Land.

£100k isn't enough to change your life forever so you'll need a good investment.

Years ago I bought 15 acres of agricultural land on the outskirts of a local town. And it's taken the best part of 6 years to get planning permission to sell it all off as individual 1 acre crofts.

But as Del-Boy says "This time next year, we'll be Millionaires".

Retirement before I'm 40, I like that idea.

WHAT DO YOU MEAN PUT IT ON BLACK!!! Red is the answer,I think? or maybe zero,but there again black is looking good,or a WRC subaru and 1 years rallying!! ahh the memories ,pictures,scars,DO IT.
