Just had the confirmation email back from the organisers, we have a stand reserved for 20 cars, plus space for the marquee and caravan

Just thought we would get this sorted guys, we wont be discussing too much on here we will write it into the agenda for next months meet...

If we go over the number of stand spaces we will draw this on a raffle basis, name into a hat and drawn, however please bare in mind that there is a prize for best club stand along with interclub activities, therefore if you are on the stand then they will be guidelines for whats required....

As much fun as this event will be it would be even better if we walk away with best club stand...so both myself and Debbie will discuss this further at the next month meet.

In the meantime what we need from you is a certainty of the below;

1. you are definately attending the show on the stand as you will have a booked space.

2. your car must be clean and waxed inside and out prior to the show starting.

3. you must be staying the full time of the show, once on the stand during show hours we need to guarantee your car is left there unless showing in the mentioned catagories above.

4. last year everyone pulled together to get the stand up and running, any help will be greatly appreciated.

If anyone as any questions prior to the next monthly meet then just drop me or Debbie a pm.

I really can't see why there might be a problem with numbers. It's not like the field isn't big enough. I reckon a polite word with the organisers would be all that's needed to get a little more space. Given the rather poor overall attendance on previous years they ought to bend over backwards for more cars.
