Well I say minor proceedures are that, minor and don't need to be done in hospital, that would be a major proceedure.

The NHS is stuck in a time loop

If you took your car for a service and they kept you waiting a couple of days without contacting you, would you be happy with the service? If people don't complain how is it ever going to get better.

As far as the team that carried out your minor proceedure they think everything went well and you were 100% happy with the whole process, reinforcing the fact that, we as patients accept poor service.

The NHS is very good at providing cetain aspect of care. Lets say you have your private operation and unfortunately it goes all wrong. Who will BUPA, PPP, AXA or Nuffield etc call to rescue the patient? Yep the NHS and you won't get charged even though you are a private patient.

All the above makes perfect sense.
Gonna wait til Monday afternoon, if I hear nothing I will be chasing everyone involved.
