Chnaged the pads on the scoob yesterday to find one of the front braided lines neary worn through! Glad I found that yesterday and not Sunday/Monday! New ones will be fitted tomorrow evening along with a flush through of brake fluid, the stuff in there is bright blue like anti-freeze, supposed to be very good stuff, but it is years old! New battery required too

Well worth using some Castrol SRF or Motul RBF600 Stu
To my surprise, my wee EVO is still working, although it feels slow after going shopping in my m8 Russ's 2.4l GT35R powered VI
Tony - on your 355 set up, you'll be pulling stoppies

Awesome Trip, despite my car's clutch dying in Holland on the way out
Great to meet up with everyone again
BIG thanks to Paul, Stevie, Don & Martin for giving me lifts and to Ewan & Phil for giving me a shot of their cars at Spa
Here's a compilation of some footage I took along the way

Must agree, great trip.
Good to see old faces, nice to meet new ones. Unfortunatley I now know the meaning of 'pink sock'. Don't think I'll be explaining that to anyone else I know!
Thanks Mark & Stormy
Also thanks to Mark for a great lap at the Ring. And to Don for some fast Spa laps.

Looks like another fun trip was had by all - think I'd sooner have been with you lot than in Zante to be honest, need some abroad 'action'
Stu - the Type R is fairly standard (at the moment!), just the usual bits to get it over the 300 mark. Having a complete respray and underseal first, then onto the engine
Rog - can't think how you keep getting through clutches!!
Stormy/Mark - please keep me posted with forthcoming events

I still think we ought to do a week in Scotland! Rog may get to the start in one piece then, and if he does break the Evo again then he get to his backup BM quickly!

And this one has nothing to break down: no AYC, no ACD, no ABS, no aircon, no electric windows, no central locking etc etc
No, it's not a 2CV
But it will lap Knockhill in 56s on R888s
Full HKS Super engine
Custom FP Green BB turbo
EXE-TC suspension
AP Brakes
Quaife centre diff
Carbon Prop
etc etc
460bhp/460lbft on VPower, 490bhp/480lbft on Sunoco109
