You really do struggle with the economics of life, don't you?
If each month house prices are falling, after 12 months the rate of growth for house prices will be negative (losing money to you) - the rate of increase you are quoting is taking into account the monthly small increases we saw 10 months ago (prices going up to you).
What this means is that house prices are falling month on month and it will accellerate into a rapid drop-off ........... you stick to playing playstations and polishing your brasses - let us worry about the economy

Met Office seem to think there is a "slight" chance of snow, nothing more. And nothing over London, more Brighton and Hove.

Brighton doesnt get the same weather as everywhere as around it - something to do with the downs

Well he has been known to exaggerate a little
We dont seem to get snow south of the downs here on the coast. So my little boy will be disappointed when he sees it over rest of country on TV.
