You watched it 3 times to understand it ????

You could watch it with one eye while reading SN and listening to 5 live.

Watched it last night, enjoyed it, even understood it

Not a brilliant film but worth a watch.

Nope. When I DL a film that I think looks good, I always watch it on my PC, then I have to watch it with the GF, then I had some freinds round that also wanted to see it. Its a vicious circle.
5 live? Is that a drink?

It was ok. Certainly not a classic. Was too Hollywood-arised and I couldnt help but pick holes at it:

i) Hes hitting golf ***** of an aircraft carrier that has an SR71 parked on it (if they were even still in service). Love to have seen them landing that Not too mention the other selection of aircraft they had spread all over the deck

ii) Where did he and the bird find these showrooms condition cars

iii) How close was he trying to get to a deer before shooting it? Was he that bored he wanted to kill one by sticking the barrel up its nose?

iv) How did he keep the bacon for 3 years +? Was it in the freezer and stupid bird found it defrosted it without asking.

Good to see Smith has been working out and bulked up a bit. A few more months and he will look like me

i)Intrepid Sea, Air & Space Museum -

ii)In a showroom?

iii)most likely- although I imagine dramatic effect had something to do with it

iv)again probable

If I was picking holes in the movie I'd point to p1ss poor plotting, bad acting, execrable scripting and a complete lack of respect for the novel which it's adapted.

I already commented on the film (thought it didn't make any sense and all went horribly wrong somewhere in the middle), I thought the acting was okay though.

i) Lol oops. Did think it was a bit weird. But cheers - that would be a pretty cool trip

ii) I was focusing more on the fact of would it still start, tyres would be flat, it would still gather dust in a showroom over that amount of time

Tbh Im used to the lack of a plot in these big films. The best two films Ive seen in the last 2 months are the ones without an super CGI effects. American Gangster and Blood Diamond.

I enjoyed it but I think the story and potential of, was simply too huge for the script writers and director. Lots of ideas were explored but none of them satisfactorily. It was like having a good meal but still being hungry afterwards. It could have been so much more. At times the special effects were suprisingly dodgy which maybe implied budget constraints, but hey, the producers did have Will Smith to pay for so....

It's a slim chance but this might interest some people here.

Miles better than the latest lackluster Will Smith offering

Full version of the original movie adaptation in oh-so-challenging monochrome. In the public domain as well I might add.

Something I picked up on the 3rd time I watched it:
Will Smith and his dog, found some Spam in a cupboard of one of the houses he went into. He said to his dog that they will have that tommorrow, thats why he also got mad at the lady and said "I was saving that for someone"
So don't know if it was technically bacon, more like Spam fritters, but after 3 years, who could tell the difference?

It sounds like Will Smith has starred in another load of bollocks as faithful to the book as "I Robot" was.

It's a good job I've no fecking chance of reading that, because I suspect there may be spoilers deeply embedded within the encryption.

Film was OK but a little weak in places, seriously if he'd not seen a woman in that length of time we al know exactly what would be on his mind.

Liked the basic idea but no better than 28 Weeks later.

"I could have written this in my sleep
