OP, if the refund doesnt clear, you may be interested to know that there appears to be someone else called Hightee ( what are the chances ! ) living in a shared house in Morton Rd, East Grinstead ( you know, the one NEXT to Coronation RD ) so maybe she will know where your scammer really lives.
