Right, I've had part of my money back, Paypal have awarded me £99.85 and refunded it back to my card, they said thats all thet could recover from her.I've contacted Visa about it and they've told me I must wait 30 days after the original transaction before I can claim through them, but the guy said it shouldn't be a problem getting it all back.

I still see this as not good enough , Ebay/Paypal are still laughing all the way to the bank !!!!

I have had problems with Paypal in the past, and just see them and money grabbing gits (to put it nicely) .

not sure how not agreeing with how far this went makes me a troll, even more so as for 5 years i've read and laughed along with most things.... Snazy sent me a link the the hightee site on msn, i looked at it, laughed about it and even posted it on one of the busier sites that the traffic to the hightee site is comming from. Was only later in the evening when i had more time to kill and i came to read this thread too that i saw just how far some people had taken this, and felt i should say something.

go back to watching football factory and being a keyboard hero mr rochford

No paypal only cover you with Insurance. So say something cost you £250 and you get ripped off Paypal will only pay out less than half of that.

The rest of the money she owes you. So Paypal pay you there half out there own money. I had a long argument with a Paypal member of staff over this.

Can the Police actually do something about this as in arresting/charging her?

Surely theres enough proof to realise she had no intention of supplying any goods and just taking the money......

It doesn't really send out a discouraging message if she gets away with it
