Funnily enough, I received this on the 14th November
"Dear gary1208,
Item has been despatched Monday (12th) by Royal Mail standard parcel, so the item will be with you within the next few days. Thank you again for your purchase!
- candleholders_shop"
She must've been laughing when she wrote that...how times change!

Thing is with most Ebay scammers, is that the people who actually 'buy' the items are often only a few of those who get scammed. Each scam listing will also attract people asking questions, to buy off Ebay etc... and the scammer will scam these people as well.
Ms Butzlaff also has another Ebay account registered under her other e-mail address, although with 0 feedback at the moment.
Had she got away with scamming the people on the Wii, then shes going to make a career out of it like that lad who ripped people off for £100K's a while back.
Long and short as I see it is that if you dont want negative comments about your actions made public, then dont do things in the first place that make people want to expose you.
I have to say I DONT agree with all the sexual comments on the thread as these arent really relevant to what happened, but thats some people sense of humour.
As a p.s. I was 'accused' of being a scammer by a buyer on Ebay a couple of months ago - got a blunt email that basically said 'Havent had my goods - do I have to take this up with paypal now to tell them you are ripping people off'
Pratt didnt think to email politely first and ask IF his order had been sent like most normal people would ( it had, two days after he paid, by recorded delivery - turned out it was waiting at the sorting office for him to collect, and the postie had left a card, he just hadnt bothered to go and see what it was ) so if you are going to name and shame people you need to be sure of the facts otherwise you could find yourself in a difficult legal position if you start publically accusing people.
And the pratt who accused me ? the order was for the grand total of £4.50 ! and the fact my account had 99.8% positive fb with over 5000 transactions didnt make him wonder if it was likely that I would send out every other customers orders and just decide to rip him off for less than a fiver !

Gary (and CDF ) - note that even if paypal find in your favour then they will only be able to pay you IF Hightee has money either in her Paypal account or her bank account to fund the refund.
I'm still waiting for a refund ( after PP found in my favour ) from a seller over a year ago who didnt send the goods as they couldnt get the money off him to refund me.
If she has withdrawn the money from her bank, then the echeque will bounce as it is funded from there rather than a credit card, and PP wont let you put in another claim while one is still open.

I have to say DAMN CDF, for making me look at his website throughout this. I must resist lol. 07 must remain a virgin!
As for Hightee saying she is sorry, awww aint that sweet. I would be pretty frickin sorry if I had had this much publicity too.
At the end of the day, game is up, your numbers up and so is your popularity.
Maybe you could write a new book and illustrate that too...

Funny enough errrrr no I'm not toddling anywhere. I'm quite capable of sorting my own problems. In fact if anyone is going to need some mates it would be you but as you're probably better known as Billy No thats not likely to happen is it?
