Yup, as said, look at all the discontent within Chelsea when he left, it was all about being like a family and the father had gone. If he can keep a squad the size of Chelseas pretty happy then hes definately doing something right within the man management side of things.

The only reason I can see him not getting the job is because of all the interfering the FA have over the England team I cant see Jose putting up with it. Would be happy if it came off though.
