its very simple mate. just dont breath in the gas undo the pipe while holding your breath then walk away for 10 mins. other than that no probs.

Good to see youve finnally got some pics up mate looks good what we doing about paint? I spoke to JK and joey they think were hitting the shell tommorow night?? Thought that was for engine build with Modis Matt?? Either way ill be stopping late, gonna be late in tommorow though got some bits to do am!!

Ps get used to the rear view of the car on the ramp cause thats all youre gonna be seeing!!!

yeah ok mate ill get used to seeing yours on the ramp

its all hapening tommorow. iv spent alot of today preping the engine bay and got it masked up.
beers and pezzas on me monday then.

iv just seen it on 22b . should be better in a saloon plus gives you chance to get your hands dirty.

I do like the water rad idea on that pic chap it could free up alot of room and messing about for ya??

the turbos not in that position but you get the idea on how it all goes and how much works ivolved.

im still having trouble with deciding on how to solve my steering problem.
i want a manual rack but it seems impossible to get one.
any ideas welcome.

Been doing a little research into mounting the turbo in the front and it looks to me as your going to need some kind of electric oil pump to return the oil from turbo to sump as it usually works on gravity on the oe setup??

If you mount the turbo below the sump line yes, if the return is above then no pump is needed. The return has positive pressure.

definatly sounds more like it.
he is only taking the p**s because he is scared that my scoob is going to be faster than his 2 ton 500bhp evo.
just dare to be different. just got finished and its in to the finishing bay tommorow morning.

i know what your saying but when you own your own buisness your expected to do a brilliant job and be different.
the only problem is when you do the job all day you dont feel like doing your own. thats why i enjoy machanical side because its different than day to day.

same with me and detailing. run a part time detailing business at the weekend. hate doing my own car but love doing other peoples cars though. although just about to start stripping my ra down and getting it ready for the show season.

yup, have a few plans for it. hopefully it will be done in time.

re the steering, could you modify a manual one off of something else?
