Totally brilliant

been on test drive and things are so clear with a differnt coloured light - road sign's stand out and hit you now! - range on the road is huge and the side verge is ablaze with light!

very impressed with these - get some they are so simple to fit!

highly recommended!

Sorry no before pics.

The Led's are a very good match for the hids as they also have a hint of blue.

Looking GOOD!

They do look at night.

Definitely recommended to anyone who wants to see more at night!, You can see at least 3 times more than with the OE bulbs....

Speed camera's are now visible from miles away.....

They do all the colours 8000k included, 4300k-12000k. The 6000k is just the most popular colour and visibility wise is excellent so only that's advertised.

If you order just specify your temperature and bulb size.

These kits have the relay harness included in the bi-xenon kits also. The relay harness is only required for the bi-xenon kits, the single beam kits do not need one.

Are these hard to fit? I've seen the fitting instructions for the other kit, and I wouldn't want all that faffing around.

Very easy, and completely plug and play.

Andy fitted them without problems either by the looks of it.

I'm not really a DIY person, but this was so easy to out together that even I didn't find it hard!

No Problems

Normally the bulbs would cost £30 a pair for single beams (any colour), however for the Group Buy they are priced at £25 a pair or £15 each.

thanks to K18llr for organising the group buy and Vision Performance....

I thought I would take some photos of my install of these Hid's

Absolute piece of cake to fit - 2 wires either side of the car!

Photos were taken during the day so you can see it's not total darkness but you get to see the difference between Xenon HID and Phillips blue vision side lights...

Install 1st...

Cable going into back of Prodrive projector lamps...

Ballast units securly fitted to bottom of airbox via Halfords super sticky numberplate fixers! and to Car battery

Photos of HIDS on during the day 2.30pm

Buy them now !

Andy

Thanks for the pics Andy, Looks Great!

Your right they are very easy to fit and the difference in night time driving is so vast it's amazing.

Definitely a "must buy" and for the price and warranty you can't beat it...

Yep looking good mate !! wonder what particular bulbs you went for ?? look very white so guessing they are not the 8k ones I have ordered myself ??!!

anyone here answer my point raised about why cars fitted with HID lights as standard - bmw, audis new corsas etc all seem to give off different levels off light colour output ?? for instance the latest corsa give off an almost purple look when viewed from certain angles / distances but would certainly not think that vauxhall are fitting 10k bulbs in there cars which supposdly give off this particular purple colour infact am sure I have heard that most car manufactures are fitting 4500k bulbs which should certainly not be giving off some off the strong colour changing levels that we often see on our roads from these very cars.

do the aftermarket HID kits give off different / changing light colours similar to the above quoted examples or is it more off a fixed colour and if so why the difference ??

All HID kits will give a similar effect of light when looking from a difference, the changing colours of the newer cars could be down to the projector headlamps they have fitted, but my own car and others I have seen from a distance also give a sparkly effect the same as in all new cars.

Read the instructions of my kit, looks like mine has been written by a retard. It makes no sense at all. Just hoping i can work out what goes where. seems a lot of wire.

Yours is the Bi-Xenon kit so it will have the control unit wiring as well.

Basically:

The bulbs and ballasts connect to each other as well as with the control unit.

The control unit plugs into the standard lighting plug, with the live connecting to the battery and the earth points being earthed correctly.

Simple really....
