I thought the centre caps looked a wee bit chavvy, but unfortunately, its hard to a) find many wheels for classic scoobies and b) Have something a bit different to everyone else.
I've been told they will get me round a well known race track in 7m:48s !!!!
you never know, might be able to find some different centre caps and get RB5 to "ESC" them up a bit !!!!
They do stick out a bit though!!!! reminds me off my old MK1 (with rostyles and spacers!!!!!)

would be interested in how you get on with the Prada's, I have them on the black classic at the mo, be a bit cautious in the wet!

Neil i had them on my last wheels.... absolutely loved them, however they got a bit tramliney on the front as the tread wore though!!!
i managed to get very even tyre wear (thanks to xtreme) and they lasted a good 18 months of blatting to luton 3 times a week and all our spirited meets!!!
in the dry they were fantastic!!!
like you say, a bit of a handful in the wet, but hey, like most tyres, as the performance of the car increases, so does the difference between wet and dry adhesion!!!
They were down to about 1mm from the safety marker on the fronts, so thats low enough for me!!!
Excellent Lifespan, Price and Performance!!!!
