They do have this infraction system but I have realised its a suicidal option to use as, if it seems to be a tad harsh on the recipient, you can get screwed by admin

 

Are you sure he's been on tonight? When I look it says his last post is 6th November and his status must be hidden as it doesn't say when he was last active in his profile.
