Everytime we are made to feel as though in the next day or two we shall receive them. I understand people have personal issues etc but wouldnt it make sense if these lances were shipped out early as possible to release the burden on himself

I had a response from Matt via Paypal (as I'd raised a dispute) and he said he wasn't getting much of a chance to "get on" here. I also had a lot of help from Spec'c'57 who sent a text to Matt for me.
Sad though it is, you may have to resort to similar tactics (e.g. raising a PayPal dispute if you paid that way - I know you didn't, kilo_4que).
