Strange, Matts been online for defo as his profile shows but he still hasnt replied to my PM. Surely he must be very busy otherwise im sure he wuold have replied

I am also in a similar position. I really want to get my hands on this foam lance. No reply from Matt either and according to Autobrite Matt has not been in touch either. Something may be wrong or he must be very busy as he hasnt replied to my PM nor posted on SN for a few days now.

I believe Matt has the lances now as i collected mine from him at the weekend. So i am sure they will start to be delivered soon.
Still got to try mine out now, wish the weather would brighten up a little, can't wait til the summer !!

Frustrated of Salisbury here - I really do think an update is very much in order. I paid by paypal 3½ weeks ago and have heard nothing at all from Matt.
Now, I'm sure there's a very good explanation for this, so before I starting getting all bolshy, perhaps Matt can step in, post a reply and explain what's up?

Just had an immediate email response from Autobrite (after hours - well impressed!) to say Matt took delivery on 26th October. I guess this means he now needs to sort out a mass re-ship, so maybe we can expect them soon?

As above, i picked mine up from him last Sunday, so they have all arrived.
I then spoke to him during the week to bring this thread to his attention. I can only guess he just hasn't had a chance to respond yet. Don't know what else to suggest for you guys to get an update. Have you tried PMs ?

Phoned up AB over a month ago after seeing this group buy, lance was delivered with 2 days. I don't know why this wasn't organised direct with Mark. When I spoke to him about the GB he didn't understand why it was being done in such a round about way as he could have taken payement direct and dispatched.
Seems like this was more hassle than it worth for the sake of a couple of quid. Hope you get yours soon.

I've opened a dispute with paypal. I haven't asked for payment to be reversed, just asked for a prompt for him to deliver. I've also PM'd and got nothing back.
