well i am off to sleep now but enjoy the wings and the steak you can bring some of them home 64oz sounds good size for a nice rare steak

Suffice to say it was not cheap or quick as between glen, becky and me we spent alot of time selecting the correct parts to achieve the power gains that i wanted form a uk but also to achieve these safely. If there is any advice that i can offer it is to think about exactly what you want long term from your car within its safe boundary's. As for the vf34
if you are serious then speak to carnetix
as they sourced and advised (after looking long and hard) on all parts.On the other hand mate, if you can source your own parts then arrange the fitting with carnetix
followed by a map by rich at tracktive.Either way mate you will get the best advice and the best result

im still along way off but want about the same as you but also to do it safely and still have a everyday car
