Top day yesterday. Sorry I didn't see much of people but thats the joy of having an 8 month old, and when she wants to eat she wants to eat so sorry I shot off after the Golf. Still I took here on the beach for the first time which won me some brownie points.

The scoobs where causing quite an attraction in the car park when I nipped back to fetch some stuff with people taking pics and looking round them.

Craig, Clarkie and Steve. Good to see some new faces, sorry I didn't get much chance to chat to you. Hope you enjoyed your first trip out with the LJP and I hope to see you again.

Rob, haven't you heard of the new internet game Spot Gaz where I appear in the background of photos at various events, where next I wonder maybe the Bitish Golf Open

See you all soon and remember to get your sticker orders to me, the first order is going in on Fri

A tip top day out. Faye and her friend (Lisa) loved it too. Thanks to Katherine & Christian for looking after them. It was great to see everyone (including their other halves). The Skeg run was always a good old family day out!

Some funny pics that I managed to get of people. I think I will save them for our own website when Rob returns.

I have to say one bad thing about the day ......... Andy & I were followed home as far as Conningsby by a stray light blue classic (he was sat next to us in the car park as we left skeg). He over took Andy and I (very quick car)! but continued like a total to**er towards oncoming cars. Very nearly caused a nasty incident! Its idiots like that who give us all a bad name. Glad all LJP members know the difference between a spirited drive and loonacy!

I dont want to end on a bad point, so I will just mention my total victory at Laser Quest...... so much for basic military training by the RAF lol

That would be me then and yeah the one that was parked next to you that you all so kindly ignored lol. but if i remember rightly, wasn't you the one that nearly had a head on,overtaking in between spilsby and kyme , trying to keep up with your friend in the dark classic???...

sorry if i annoyed you.

You did'nt annoy us, but when you have families onboard etc, its best just best to take things steady.

I know my subaru is'nt the quickest around and even if it was i would'nt feel the need to try and race a complete stranger.

We did see you in the car park, but neither of you two came over to say hello. So I think its slightly unfair to say you were ignored. Let us know in future if are planning to come along to one of our meets and we will be more than happy to make you feel welcome. But if all you are looking for is a road race on a busy road you are not going to find many friends at LJP.

Maybe see you again sometime?

Hello terzo314,

I don't think ricardo is trying to upset you and you are welcome at any future meets but, we do try and keep things a bit lowkey when out as we don't want ljp being associated with dangerous driving.
We all like to have a bit of fun every now and then but, not to prove who has the quickest car on the roads that is left for the track.

Nice car btw and drive safely
