Ok Kate that should not be a problem.

I am also thinking of doing a meet on a saturday at a pub very close to the hotel if that would be better and cheaper for all of us lot.

The pub would be the Chequers i will find out if there will be enough space for us if we do it on a saturday,it is far to busy to have it on a Sunday.

I am going to give everyone as much notice of the time and date as possible,i hope this helps.

This is the pub car park at 2.15 this afternoon there was 35 spaces even at the busyiest
time of the day.We are not able to pre book so i will get there early and put my coat round some of the tables along with some others.

Hi Peeps

I am trying to sought out the best place for everyone concerned,i need a huge car park and a good road for very easy access.

The date will be early Feburary either the Saturday or the Sunday,i am trying to keep everyone happy as far as possible.

As far as i am concerned the more the merrily so i have chose some where very close to the M1.

I will let you all no when the date and time can be cofirmed.

Just re-discovered this thread! Yep, I'll be along to say hello...

Is anyone else from my neck of the woods going down? I'm in Buckingham and will come through MK to the M1 then down from there (but maybe back via the B-roads as I won't be late for anything if I get lost )
