Squizz - Thanks for the offer re:websites etc but we already do it ourselves. If I can make it next week I will be coming down the M5 to Worcester but I know the place fairly well so just rough directions will do. Correct I didn't get it from Listers, got it from Andrew Burt in Henley in Arden.

Tony, the dealership i use has an STi in. Its not the prodrive one tho. Its Carstins at Balsall Common near the NEC. I spoke to the other James (topjimo) on line yesterday and told him the same. He was going to make a phone call this morning to see what was happening at Listers, so hopefully will know more later.

Spoke to Paul Neale at Listers today, he says there won't be an STi7 this Sunday 3rd as they are getting the Prodrive version and that will be arriving a week later.

Is the meet still on? Hope so, I will definitely be down, what about meeting the following week as well for the Prodrive STi7? assuming Listers come up with the goods!

Blade, I will be coming down the M5 from J3 or J4, want to meet to drive down? It will be easier than directions and I can meet you anywhere in between Brum & Listers.

Looks as we might be meeting up at the Crown by listers and will go up to Brum and just test a new one up there.
When I get one I could always let them do the first service on it to show theres no hard feeling

Where will it be? Andrew Burt or Carstins? Bit of a to do with the latter some time ago so will skip any trip there, never been to Andrew Burt, in Solihull I think.

All the same I will be down and drive back up with you guys, should be a nice long line of us eh?

Ok, Listers, ball , dropped. There is to be no car at listers for sunday, (fo pax) unless they pull a rabit from the bag. To be fair it's again down to IM (t*s*ers) who clearly can not run a car company.

I will try to find out who has one that is not to far away.

Ian - don't be afraid of Carstins, if we all turn up, they will never argue with you again, sidc people power kicks *** man.

More as it comes.

Perhaps we should drive up to IM, cheque books and all, and then all get our picture taken at the gates? lol
Or even better Rallyart usally have an odd STi7 about, we could go there and really take the wee wee.

 

Lets all go to Listers any way. I think they should get the 22B out now, just so there is no hard feelings Is the normal WRX still going to be available for test drive?
