Mc Donalds burger without the Gherkin. 
As for breakfasts (on a work day
) you couldn't beat the leathery bit of scrambled egg with that bacon burger "thing" stuffed inside a muffin on a cold and frosty morning. 
Swilled down with a hot chocolate of course!!
Set you up for the day that did.
It was even better knowing you were getting paid whilst eating it ;D

sausage and egg muffins while hungover is a favorite of mine in the morning
gherkins on the burger, i like them, never realised you could buy jars of them
