been a while in the making

nowt amazing, but currently at enginetuner having last bits done and awaiting alkatek

was pinched nearly three years ago and had nowt but issues with garages and parts etc, cost me loads in the end but was too far in to stop, getting to the end now

 

awaiting ackatek lol, i think you and a few others. How long has it been off the road mate?

just waiting for the alkatec now, engine was done a while back but hasn't turned yet, al built me a proper one to replace the first 'build'.

pretty sure my car is cursed!!

 

mate it can feel like that, but trust me when you drive away in it for the first time after all that wait, it is such a buzz!!! you can't be far off that now!!

 

will still have to run it in!!

i was buzzing when i picked it up from having the simtec fitted in 09, was an awesome drive home, then the following weekend i took it to penzance for an away game so some of the boys could enjoy it, the following weekend it was gone!!

 

Thats harsh mate!!! how was she when you got her back?

 

loads of wiring was cut in the bay and under the dash, dash ruined, screwdriver stabs in the door, few little knocks and bruises, tons of little niggly things rather than just being smacked up

hopefully able to show it off soon

Hi Snake, its on southwest scoobie on facebook. The meet is now at the Borough Arms Bodmin, at 2pm on Sunday 2nd December. So far the take-up for it is poor, hope they get more interest!!!

To what I can gather the forum needed a new lot of softwear and there was discussion as to if it was worth spending on a new forum. I think it was felt that most people were just using the facebook page, so they are just using that.
