Got some, red/white and blue bunting, 30m of it, only cheap plastic, but it will do, also 50 plastic glasses, some cakes and a couple of bottles of coke, diet for the keep fit section. Will meet everyone at Frankies 8.30ish. Just off now to fit the chrome hinges on my bonnet.

and no the car hasnt been stickerd its been booked in over a week dropped it off this morning and got phone call at 5.20 to say he hadnt had time yto do it so waste of journey im affraid but i will have her polished and looking shiney

Fantastic Day by all
well i must say despite the damn rain again what a great day,
to say that was our first turnout it went down great, everyone stayed to get everything packed away and all went really well, well done to dave for the gazibo and bbq it is spot on mick c the frame for the banner is great and thanks for the bunting it looked well. pitty there wasnt a prize for the stand because ours well and truly looked good a big thanks to everyone who turned up good turnout and great day had by all, apart from poor Mick C with his battery problem but no doubt he will have it sorted sooon
at least he got home ok nice to see FL6 AND SimonB oh and dont know if anyone missed it but i got second prize is modified

Well done Jim, A big thanks to everyone that went. A first class group of people . Apart from the rain, a really enjoyable day. Looking forward to the next one, does anyone know where I can get a chrome battery from, but don't tell Jim as he will want one as well. Cheers everyone

Well what can i say apart from WELL DONE. TO ALL. What a Fantastic selection of cars. and a great bunch of people.. If ever a club was a club we certinly are. After all the upheavel the last month or so. We as a club certinaly put on a great first show and i know we will gain trust and support in all future events Well done to all that came. Thanks to Jim & Aileen for the food on sunday and to mick for the frame and poles. And a big thanks to all that helped to put the kit away at the end of the day (THATS WHAT CLUBS DO)
Oh and well done Jim for the mods trophey.
