I'm pretty sure its going to be a WR1. Allways wanted one since they came out, just not keen on the 6000 mile or 6 month servicing schedule lol.
failing that I would buy 2 cars, a bag of rubbish family car for the wife and kids and buy a Nissan 350z for the fun factor.

It depends what my needs are when I sell my scooby.
The cars I would like to own realistically are:
TVR T350, although it would be the Sagaris I would really want
VXR220 Turbo
Smart Roadster coupe, for when I have to travel miles for my job
Elise
Volvo S60R
Evo 10
VW camper van done up full bore
My own kit car (one day)
Hawkeye or *cough* 2008 impreza

Im on my third scoob now, due for replacement next year.
Im not surprised at how many other people are thinking Noble, Exige etc... Its where im thinking of going.
Although, I'll have to balance it with a second car for family trips. (the wife only has a, iccle 182cup).

Been thinking about this myself. My poor old Scoob is suffering due to all the motorway work it's been getting but this is set to halve soon Once I have some money again I was thinking it could be time for an upgrade.
Another Scoob is tempting, possibly a JDM as Powerstation is just over a mile away from where I work. Would also consider an EVO, M3, 350Z, S2000, 911 or a sensible runabout and a weekend car like an Elise. So much choice about though

On my 4th Impreza now. Every time I change cars I go and drive a few other things (Evos, 350Zs, R32s, Focus STs, 3.2 V6 Audis, Golf GTIs, a variety of BMWs, the list goes on.....) just to see what's out there.
Keep coming back with Imprezas
What's next? Well on current form......
I want to like the new car but it's GD FUGLY. I really hope the new STi will look the part in the metal (pre release images are giving me hope) and goes a lot better than it looks. I'm going to wait until its out before I change again.
If it turns out to be rubbish then I think this time I'll push the cash boat out a bit and get a Type 25.
Cheers,
Stewart.

After my Scoob (MY00 UK PPP with 267/268) I had (and still have) a 205 track car with c 220bhp... nippy!
Looking to sell that (although looks like I may keep it as little interest) to get either:
1) Another Scoob - Type R only one for me.
2) E39 M5 (but all high mileage for the price range I can afford)
3) Evo 5/6
Further down the line I'm thining one of the new RS4's, an E60 M5, or a Noble M400. Also tempted by something like a Monaro!

I used to have a well spec'd My97 turbo (had it for nearly 7 years!!!).
Now gone for an S4 4.2 convertible, with all the toys. Although i do miss the subaru the S4 is just sooo well put together and, along with the Milltek system that i've put on, the sound is fantastic V8 @ 7000rpm .
Cheers
Iain

Think I might go for a Lotus 130+2 (+2 for a little more practacality).
Possibly drop in a newer bigger engine when I get tired of the old twin cam. Possibly a Spyder upgrade kit, although maybe do it myself as a brand new Zetec crate engine is barely £600

I am on my 3rd Impreza, after the second one I went to different brands for nearly 2 years, then got bad withdrawel symptoms and had to buy another MY03 STi. Even the wife ended up converted and had the Forester S-Turbo.
I have owned both saphire and escort cossies, it really would be a step the wrong way after a subaru. Reliability on the saphire was appauling and the escort wasnt that much better. Very dated now. I will be sticking with subaru.
