Broadband
Our exchange hasn't been enabled yet and when Nynex was installing, they dug a cable down the main street in our part of town but then never came round the estates. Pffff!

Steve + **************,
Well the email is a standard response to HSi / Digital enquires, it basically outlines what I've already said, although I believe that we are ahead of schedule with the roll out plan.
If you'd like to email me offline (as per my profile) and copy phil.cocking@telewest.co.uk, with all your address details, I will get a more fixed date if you like.
Cheers Phill C

**************,
If customer services is not that good, I would recommend checking the BY website address regularly. Address is http://www.blueyonder.co.uk there is a link on there that checks postal addresses.
Cheers Phill C
PS The customer service department in Eurobell should be re-trained very soon.
PS Eurobell is now called Telwest Broadband
