As for your scoob, my fully de-catted scoob passes when the centre section with the small cat in it is re-fitted. Need to get it nice and hot before the MoT though Quite simple to swap over, only a few nuts and bolts.
Hopefully someone local can lend you one. For a price most Scoob specialists will have a centre section laying around, they'll fit it, send you car off for a MoT, and then put your de-cat centre section back on after. Try Xtreme Scoobies in Boreham, Essex. Sure they'll help you out.
