Just fitted mine in about 5 mins, would have taken less if I'd waited until car things cooled down a bit

Top quality, will try and get some pics when it's stopped raining and provided I can still use my fingers..

I've emailed you regarding the Head Tank Insulators David.

I've packaged the last set of Head Tank Insulators and they've gone to #20. The remaining few will receive theirs sometime around the beginning of August.

Sorry Carl, do you mean original #20, or the twenty who have now paid?

Cheers mate, always nice to meet other local scooby fanatics..!..

Right, I now need to address the issue of heat sheilding under the header and along the air intake tract. Possibly fuel lines too..!

Anyone fancy a GB on some heat reflective tape/wrap..?

Just fitted them yesterday and they are doing a great job. Only one thing to mention to people fitting them, I thought my existing water pipe under the header tank would stretch further out but it didn't stay water tight. I did need to replace that piece of water hose with a longer one.

Didn't have any problems with the water pipe

Does everyone think it's fine without the bottom mounting as the tank does move a little

I found it mounted pretty solidly without the bottom mount so just left it. I've actually got my induction kit attached to the edge of the tank as well. Those nylon spacers are pretty strong.

Is this still running? I'd be interested in the manifold spacers for a Phase1.

What advantage do the header tank spacers provide?

Andrew, unfortunately you just missed the cut.

I hope to have a new batch of these ready to be sent out to all remaining Group Buy participants early next week. The good new is that those who have waited will receive a marginally thicker spacer.
