Got em up the inside now after a long chase over about 3 laps
The boogers coming back at me
Nice technique from the Gutgouger there
Race finished with a drag race out the last corner and i chose the wrong side

How do you get jpeg's onto the car's?
Quick question;
just wondering how you get the high detail pic's onto the cars? Like face's etc that i've seen... do you import them as jpegs or something?
Surely they are not drawn on using the in-game shapes?

If you read through this thread there is at least one link to a tutorial on how its done but yes you still need very good artistic talent to do it in my opinion no matter how easy its made to look. I'm the least artistic person on the planet so can't do any decent designs to save my life.

I know its basic compared to some of the other pics on this thread but it proves that it can be done by someone without any artistic talent at all.
Heres a pic in progress (wish I'd have done more of these)

I used this image as the colours are flat and the design is straight-forward, still took me about 4 hours though!

Trust me! (and I'm not looking for compliments here) I cannot draw/paint or anything to save my life. All I did was copy the picture from a game case and took my time.
