Yes you will see them in your friends list so can join their game or create a room and invite them to it.

You can't hotlink from the Forza site mate, you need to download it and host it somewhere (like photobucket.com)

I've just finished doing my dads impreza on forza after about 3 hours
. Came out pretty good actually,better than expected. i'll post up the pics once i have finally got onto xbox live.
