Is this only open to Scooby's as Wongy has said it's open to all cars??

If so i would like to join in and hopefully bring a few members of the eastcoastminiclub.co.uk with me!!

I think the short answer is that we tolerate a few other marques from time to time..... This is at the end of the day an Essex SCOOBY Crew event and not a free for all.

I'm sure the east coast mini club are a nice bunch of guys and gals and its not to say that they are unwanted but if they are keen on going to Southend for a cruise, organise another night.

If you are a friend of Wongy's then feel free to tag along, hopefully you'll get hooked and end up buying one like the rest of us....

Ok i may have read into it too much, he actually said to me that i could come in my car if i wanted to as last time there was a few mini's and a few other cars, i just thought he meant it was open to all!! I can understand it is an ESC meet, and if you guys want i will put on my pink ESC shirt whilst i am driving my mini as i got 1 for the blues brothers night we went to at Cliffs??

A few people tagging along is fine, a huge group is probably best left for another date.

Without wishing to put words in his mouth I think what Milamber was getting at is this.

We welcome people to our Posers Cruise but at the same time we must keep control of it but without getting too heavy handed & losing the fun side of it. As you can appreciate we have run this safely & trouble free for many years but only with everyone co-operating & following the guidelines.

The more "non ESC" cruisers the more chance there is for things to go astray. That said we have had some Minis turn up before & both they & the ESC had a good night. Hope that goes some way to explain why we have to be cautious where "newbies" to the Posers Cruise are concerned.
