Absolutely great day.
massive thanks to Chris for having the ***** to organize such an event and all the people who helped including Andy, also thanks to the ever supportive WYIOC who had a great day - cheers guys.
Bloody lonely sat at that gate at times but was worth it - especially when some old dear turned up with her grandson in a Polo and he was treated to a hi speed blat around the track as a passenger in one of the quicker Scoobs.
whoever you are thank you sir - you made that little kids day

Looks like the car is ok after all. Adams had a big look at it, and over the last 2 days the smoke out the back has got less and less. Then today there was no smoke at all. Just to be on the safe side, he's taken the intercooler off and cleaned that out, which was full of oil Off to pick it up in a while. Top service once again Adam, big thanks for taking it in on sunday. Thanks again to Andy for bringing me home, and Dai for being on standby yesterday
