What happened to the meets at the Calidcot Lake pub - always a good turn out. Why not invite the Herts / Northants lot over.

 

Evening guys forgot to sign in Flying Fox always use to be a good meet too.

There was a MK meet (Jap meet) on the 1st july somewhere in MK...westcroft or something.

But as that meet was all japs cars, perhaps we should have a MK Subaru meet. and only Subarus (Impreza, Legacys, Foresters) can come.

I'd be up for a meet, but I genuinely thought Sunday at the interchange was a trial run, and if so "We're all doomed!!" (in a scottish accent) as there only a few impreza's on the night.

I popped down the interchange on sun and to be honest it was full of idiots in corsa's ect doing wheel spins and "trying" to do donuts

so a more of a jap or scooby meet would prob be better

 

Where could be meet? Somewhere in Kempston?? Sunday afternoon sometime?

 

Btw, if we do get a meet, I don't want to tear around Bedford/Bucks at the rate of knots other wise I will not come. This is what the Herts Subarus lot used to do and frankly it was wrong.

Can't we just find a nice country pub with a loverly big carpark, with decient beer (ale) that will accept us scooby drivers for an sunday afternoon lunch?

 

I'm planning on staying around this weekend up for popping along to something?
Pubs with big car parks? (Great minds think alike obviously...!)

Its the Truck fest at Pod this weekend and I was planning on going on Sunday.

 

I think we will have to give people a little more notice than under a week. I would say put a post up for a meet in about 2 - 3 weeks and we should get a good turn out.

A pub sounds good. where do we have the meet though? bedford or mk? there are more decent sized pubs with big car parks in mk so i would suggest there.

There is a nice pub in Fuzton Lake in MK with a nice big car park.
