I'm chairman of the RB320 Owners Club but unfortunately I dont own one, I bought the STI MY06 a month before the 320 was 'secretly' announced and after looking into what was feasable to swap mine in, I just couldnt come up with the £££'s to do it.

I originally had done a deal on a Black STI 06 with 1k miles on it, for £21k which fell thru last minute so I placed an order for a White STI - was told a few days later that there was none available, neither was black so I backed away from the deal - I then had a call from the dealer seeing what could he do to get a sale, after I asked him that question and colours still available (CG or Silver) we closed the deal @ £25k which included the PPP, STI mudflaps, headlight covers and STI floormats & the STI front lip for £300

As I use the STI every day I think that all the above happened for a reason, the fact that the car can be filthy yet still appear to be pretty clean, this wouldnt be with the case with Black or White (plus my wife wanted CG from the start!!! - come to think of it, I wonder if she secretly called the dealer and set it up )

You may recall that I had pretty much bought those spec c type ra wheels that you had for sale until the white one fell thru

Mark, I'm sorry to see the car in that state mate... but the main thing is you are able to tell the tale. Hope you get it all sorted out with insurance company and receive a suitable compensation payout from the bus company too........... might go some way towards a 2006- STi Type RA if your car is written off.

Cheers,
Grant

Juggers don't you mean after the 400 package? the answer to that is yes mid range/top end breathing is opened right up still revs like a good un spoolup is almost the same you can hold it in gear longer meaning you dont have to fight up and down the gears to keep it on song
