Mint looks like a laugh, what kind of entry speed were you holding? if you don't mind me asking,

 

It's the top of second gear so just under 60mph I guess. Big left-right flick and a dab of the brakes to get it going and then catch with some opposite lock and lots of throttle.

It's probably not great for the engine to be spinning so fast on the entry to these slides, but if I do it in 3rd the car doesn't seem to react as eagerly to throttle adjustments so it's not so easy to control the angle of the slide.

Last car on vid about 2.5 mins in. Just short of 100 into last corner, Hence the drift.
If I had known you were at Elvington I would of call over for a chat.

:-) Nah, there's actually still quite a lot of room left before the grass run off so it's a good place to slide. I think it just looks like I overcooked it because it's off camera shot.

The first shot in particular is superb! Little touch of the handbrake to get that one going perhaps?

What sort of suspension are you running?

 

The 1st shot was at Donnington, Cold November morning, I Was doing this on many of the corners, the Track been so cold made it very easy to get the car drifting. No Handbrake at all. It was a great day out.

Yeah you are right. Need some decent wax on it....shall be getting some Swissvax best of show on there this weekend aheads of some meets next few weeks Did not enjoy driving the last one as much as this!

 

Looks more like silver to me

I used to want a crystal grey one but then when I saw one for sale the colour was far more dull and flat than I expected from the pictures I had seen.

 

Don't judge them all by one poor example


Colour can be worked real well
