You will have to pay on the gate AND buy a stand Pass for £5

 

thought this was going to be a quiet weekend, as i'm a bit shy!!! lol

come back from holiday the weekend before so should be all refreshed for a nice weekend party

 

oh and do we still have to pay the £10 or whatever it was to camp for the weekend?

Or does the £15 include that???

Ok here we go.

A great meeting today with the JAE organisers. A few points were raised and are as follows.

Entry time on the Friday 12 noon for all ticket and pass holders. Gates close at 00:00 unless you have pre paid tickets.

There is now a new shower block in the main camping area. There will now be 24 hour cleaning for all showers and loo's.

The club stand has now been finalised with the bank, plot beside and opposite + the same show and shine area as last year.

I will cordon off the area for our club camping as soon as I get in.

BBQ's are aloud but all disposable bbq's must be on a concrete base as any damage made by the bbq's to the grass will be charged to the club.

The big oil drum fire is fine as long as the main drum is off the ground and all remains must be disposed of.

We must have a list of ALL support cars that will be attending and anyone that is bringing a caravan must inform the org ASAP.

No other form of transport other than the cars on the stand are aloud ( no mini moto's or motorised scooters). All money's must be in by 1st July..

I put forward the point to John and Claire about having a dedicated radio channel so they can be contacted in case of an emergency which they will now do.

Various press there doing interviews and photo's. Judging for best club stand will take place over 2 days and we can still win it for a second year.

Depending how many clothes Dani takes, I should have a bit of room for bits!! (glad she doesn't read this )
Not sure if I can get the wood burner in but I'm sure if we put our stuff in Spally's or Kev's car(s) we can fill mine up with more ****
