fiat panda! but on the same note, it was a hell of a lot of fun

it had this thing when it was about to hit hyperspeed (at 60), the whole car would shake like **** - my door mirror fell off on the A1, i also had to brake quite sharp and my mate didnt fasten his seatbelt properly so he went into the windscreen

A 1963 Beetle, 6volt job which had been a home for 2 Afghan hounds before I bought it in a weak moment. Every panel was a different colour, evan had a white steering wheel. It managed 85 flatout (everyday when i had it). Stop gap after my almost equally bad red vauxhall chevette was written off by a Daimler in a head on smash.

VW people will scoff that it was a "classic", classic former frigging kennel!

Worst for me had to a mk2 Vauxhall Astra 1.6 diesel. Had a horrible habit of shearing drivers side cv joint and let me down too many times it had to go after a year.

1980 fiat strada, no reverse gear totally devoid of any style it also had a transverse leaf spring at the rear which made for serious comedy handling!!
after changing the gearbox it finally had reverse.......but was missing third!!
a truly **** car

No Joke.... Uk Sti Impreza.

Hated it the moment I drove it out the showroom.

Best Car.... The car I traded in for it
99Impreza Turbo with Magnex oval exhaust and Blitz induction kit..Loved it.

Other cars I owned which I hold in higher regards than the Sti.. Include
Vauxhall Chevette
Seat Ibiza Cupra 16v (very much underrated car)
MkI Golf 1500cc GL

I agree, they suck...

Mine never went wrong, i bought it as a cheap run around whilst i was saving..... i just thought they were so over rated... funny thing was i sold the 2wd cossie. (harvey gibs engine 360bhp) all mods declaired to insurance company A.flux and i went off to pick up the 106......

36 feeking pence cheaper per month on insurance. I should have checked it before going to buy if i had i would never of bothered.

hate it, hate it, hate it!!!

Wait for it... an Arum white MG Metro TURBO..!

Don't really know what I was thinking as I thought it looked cool when I bought it (new as well..!!!!! ).

Asthmatic, in fact the only cool thing was the LED turbo gauge in roof..! Actually you needed it to tell you it was turbocharged..!

Sold it after 10 months and bought an XR2... another dullard, DOH..!

'04 Corsa 1.2 Design Just returned it last week as I had rented it to do tuition in whilst training to be a driving instructor. Biggest POS I've ever had the misfortune to sit in. Worse to drive than my 1st car, an '84 Maestro. My old Corrado which has been the love of my motoring life for 13 years sort of qualifies too. Every single component on it has broken at least once, and some more than 6 times. It has only ever got through one MOT unscathed and as much as I still love her, it's time to let someone else pay the repair bills.

My 96 impreza,

nice car, but cost far to much to run... excluding consumables...

various sensors, clutch, battery, and a few cosmetic mods

and when i came to sell it, it was more akin to a skoda crossed with a lada, and beaten around the bodywork with the ugly stick...

seriously I ended giving it away for a song....

never again....

(well untill the next impulse buy comes along )

Mart
