No point getting worked up about your driving then, you'll be banned and off the roads before long anyway!

What a load of sh*t

the delay on those lights is non existant! by the time one set has turned to amber, the other set is already on green! excuses like that dont work when someone else drives through the same set of lights all the time.

also, there is no hope in hell you could have seen it was 'clear' as the junction is at the top of a hill.

just for you, cos your stupid.... a hill is something you cant see over when you are half way up it!! dumbass.

And, Mark, i know we are trying to get new members into the sheffield scooby's forum, but do we really need to scrape the bottom of the barrel like this??

sorry kath

But i did not see his driving,so i cannot judge

But,the comment about red lights and progressive driving i find a little dangerous TBH

This time no one was hurt/ injured/killed to death so no harm done, apart from a little ill feeling between parties

not my thread, not my issue guys

I retreat to my dark little hole

So are we talking passed a load of cars to turn right after Mitsubishi [behind the DVLA] or are we talking drive to the top of the road?????

orange line is standing traffic

pink blob is where i was

now you see why i said all that! lol

and he recons he can see what was coming round that corner!!! wish i could see through buildings too.

you are such a joke

supposing someone drove like you did and knocked over and killed one of your close family members... what would you say to them??? oh well, never mind, you were only trying to get home to watch the simpsons.

as i said before, i hope you crash and kill yourself before you kill some innocent person. and i hope you crash cos of some idiot driving like you.

you will get whats coming to you.

also, anyone who knows that road will know its a hill, and unless they are superman, or you, apparantly, they cant see what is turning into that road from the top.

say whatever you like. most scooby owners in sheffield now know who you are and how you drive. Dont expect your journey home to be that easy if you come across any of us....

I saw what you did the night in question which prompted Kathryn to put the post on and it was downright dangerous. there was no way you could know whats going to happen in the next 2 seconds at the speed you were driving with so much traffic around you and approaching a junction at the same time.

I hope you 'drive to make progress' or wahtever it was you said, and progress your car into the nearest scrap yard and both your legs into plaster.

I hope so too and hope your the one I hit!!!!! there was nothing dangerous about it at all!!!!! your just been a **** in my eyes

If I come across you???? why you going to be big man and jump out the car????? you sound like some dick who lives on a council estate!!!

I maintain that there was no danger, I was not driving at stupid speeds, the distance I went from stand still you would not get over 30 anyway as its up hill!!!!! and the scooby has better brakes than most cars so stops in half the required distance set by the goverment!!!! and o no,, if a car had come round the corner,, I would have had to stop and pull into a gap!!! or at worst put two wheels on the curb like I was parking!!! o no,, how bad would that have been!!! those poor bits of tarmac!!!!

get a sodding grip

big man is a figure of speach!!!! big lady then if you prefer!!!

I do think you did something wrong and will turn it around!!! you over sold what happened!! you should be a spin doctor instead of your current job of been an ***!!

there was zero danger involved and I dont feel bad at all about driving down the wrong side of the road for about 4seconds and risking 3points on my own license and nothing else!!!!

you lot make me laugh with all this talk of killing people and crippleing and crap!!! for gods sake, we all have eyes and brakes and steering wheels and i could have quite easy move over a few feet to avoid destroying a small country as it sounds like you think was likly to happen!!!!

it was uphill with no cars and more than enough room to move aside if i needed to, but did not! so I went home safe in not having killed an old lady, and having no chance of doing so either!!!

Get bent Kathryn or dannybwoy (whoever it was). Although I sniff B.O. I do borrow his car occasionally and if anyone approaches me in a menacing fashion whilst in the impreza, I'll take it as an attempted carjacking and you'll find yourself underneath the floorpan.

Then I'll be at home watching the simpsons.

Hope you dont find this O.T.T. but what you just said is rediculous, any of his family members or close friends could be in the car. I have family and friends who may be in the car with ME while I drive along sensibly and will not take kindly to threats or menaces which affect me.

I'm glad I kept an eye on this thread now. I have had an attempted carjacking before and the only safe place for someone who doesn't mind harming you and is intent on coming at the car IS beneath it in my book.

have i ever mentioned getting out of the car, carjacking, approaching anyone in a menacing fashion???

think you should learn to read too

i never said anything about any of his family being in the car, or you borrowing the car.

all i said was if he carries on he will get whats coming to him... wether that is 3 points and a fine, or death! or anywhere in between i dont really care.

no one else on here saw how he drove, so dont try and make out that it was acceptable.

isnt there an episode of simpsons you are both missing?

No what you said was this!!!

" Dont expect your journey home to be that easy if you come across any of us....

Kathryn"

That is a threat in anyones eyes!!! you said you and any of you will make my home journey not easy!!! I can only take that one way that you intend harm!! so this is your one warning, anyone comes near me or the car there will not be a second, you will just get full force until you cant be a threat any more!!!!

Thank *** I don't live anywhere near you (blueblobeyesheffield) Because you really are a five star ********.

I've had to cut people out of cars and drag bodies into bodybags because of idiotic driving like yours, and trust me, they all thought it was clear and said they thought they had enough time to stop . I don't care if you've got brakes the size of dustbin lids, unless you can predict the bloody future, there will be a time when you wont be able to stop in time and then maybe you WILL kill someone or yourself, and then lets see if the Simpsons or your dinner was really worth it.

You're coming across as such a balanced individual. I know the bit of road in question myself and I personally can't stand drivers who have such little respect for any other road users. You do know that every person in that queue of traffic would have simultaneous been thinking 'w@nker' as you went past them?

Theres a reason everyone else was queueing, dosn't matter how many times you have to drive down a certain road or go through the same lights, certain manouvres are still dangerous. People like you make me ashamed to have a scoob.

No need for that, kid.
I fully agree he is a ***. With B.O.

I won't stand for you anyone stating that they have to watch out on their way home (or words to that effect) however, as I use the car. No one wants to be menaced do they! I have people who depend on me and when I'm forced in to a me-against-you situation, you'll find yourself dead as I cant let down my dependants.

Yes there is one episode of the simpsons I haven't seen (the one where Homer turns in to a big green blob) and I must see it, btw.

Hope you can see why I cant stand death threats, but if not and thats the way this forum works, then lets all make some!

Of course, driving up the wrong side of the road at high speed in rush hour traffic to avoid a 2 minute long queue is perfectly safe.

And if you think it's wrong, why do it?!

because it was not high speed!!!!! that is a compleate lie!! look at the distance on the nice map someone did!!! theres no way I could be going at any speed and brake for a 90deg right hander safely,, it was normal speed

as for 2min que,, I say again, if people will be idiots and block the road so others cant use it I am going to make my own way round the corner! SAFELY!
if people want to call me a ****** for doing it then thats fine, I dont know them so its water off a ducks back!!

I have not seen the green blob simpsons either!

Even at 2mph, what makes you think you have the right to ignore everyone else in the queue of traffic and drive up the wrong side of the road quite feasibly into oncoming traffic?

I know the bit of road, I'm from Sheffield, and the reason these 'idiots' were 'blocking the road' is because they're waiting at the traffic lights at the top of the hill, but I assume you ignore that sort of thing too. It's just lucky that not everyone drives like you say you do.

Drive how the hell you like, but when I see people like you driving like that, I reserve the right to think 'w@nker'. I'm quite sure you don't give a toss if people think that, otherwise you wouldn't do it, would you?! Doesn't mean you're not one though...

Honestly,,, I know I am a ****** in a car to other road users!!! as you say I am fine with this! I dont have to have everyone like me,, its really not important to me.

I do however dont like people saying its dangerous when its not and that I might kill someone, when that clearly is not the case here, its just someone thinking I am a ****** but going one and two steps further to get there point accross and even threatning my journey home!!! thats way too far!!!

further point, if people at the top of that hill position themselfs correctly the other traffic crossing can carry on! but people dont and thats what gets my back up!! I am not the only one driving like a dick,,,, but we are both safe, I am just the one risking points which is fine.

Well, I suppose the first step to overcoming this sort of thing is admitting it I do like the justification for doing this is that other road users are not positioning themselves correctly, that's ace

Anyway, what more can I say lol

I think its you lot who cant read!!!!! my god, get over ther fact I dont totaly obay traffic laws and stop going on about people killing them selfs you morbid lot!!!

parking on a double yellow line at rush hour gets you a fine! bit it wont kill anyone will it,,, but sure if I do it you lot will go nuts,,, O no typical scooby driver thinks he can park where he likes!!! well thats what double yellows are for anyway, rich people to park for conviniance, its £30 right outside the door!
Bargin!

anyway, no one would have had to cut me out of a car if the road cleared and someone came over the hill because I could have parked the car, got out and waved to them pass.

this really really has been over sold and I have nothing more to say on the matter because it just seems like I am talking to a load of moaning old women who have nothing more in there life than curtin twitching and moaning at others.
