Jesus there are some muppets on here!!
Following your logic means that the best team in the country would never lose so it's flawed also. Are the sides that beat Chelsea last year better teams?

Knocking out Barca won't make Liverpool a better team than them.

I hope he doesn't anyway I'm off to see Moses, to ask him if there's room for a little 'un on his prayer mat
MMMMmmmm... there's logic in my thinking.. Plus you took a battering at OT and we're clearly a better team so he should accept that and just give us the 3 points

massive result last night, once again demonstrating that we are the kings of europe and for those muppets who thought the AC Milan result was a fluke, dream on.

We play the best team in europe and Scum make heavy weather of a crap team who had a perfectly good goal disallowed.

If we get through I would love to play ManUre. Easy game compared to Europe's elite.

So easy you lost 2-0 at OT.

Cue bleating about ' that's when we were out of form blah blah'

I think you'll find the referee was correct in both his decisions.

You really are a prize clown.

Considering you're a Liverpool supporter, I thought you'd have sympathy for what our fans went through last week.

chill out fella, if you can't take it then go lie down for a while.

Besides I was merely stating what the Lille staff had said. Never made any reference to events of the night.

Give me a break.

You were clearly insinuating that forged tickets were behind the dreadful scenes that night – that's pathetically low and remarkably ignorant, even for a Liverpool fan.

I was obviously naive in thinking that after Hillsborough and Heysel, you people would think twice before making such comments.

Of course they have:

"Tickets were distributed by recorded delivery 11 days before the game or for collection from 1 February.

"We would normally send out tickets for our home games at Old Trafford six weeks before the match and we have no problems with forgeries."

You were placing the blame on United and you're if liar if you are now denying that.

aye, giving the bird is a great touch. Well done.

And not sure what the quotes prove about what Lille said. Cant see any direct reference by ManUre officials to them being insenstive to events of the past.

Rather the job obtained with the use of my BA in Business Studies...in this day and age, probably a 'team leader' at the local McDonald's.

Paul and I share a little friendly banter from time to time - he's one of the people I've got a lot of time for, unlike you.

The general gist was that, although Lille said we distributed the tickets 'about a month ago', we actually did so eleven days prior to the match, and that forgeries are not an issue at Old Trafford; i.e. proper security checks are made upon entrance to the ground.

Besides, my issue was with your comments, rather than theirs. It's clear that they'll try and shift the blame, even more so following their lack of class during the game.

I only passed on what Lille officials said ? maybe you should direct some of your frustration at them too.

Sounds like you have a fair bit of time for me as you spend most of your time nit picking at my posts.

p.s. I dont see a lot of class in the way you won at Lille.

Like I said, Lille were always going to spit their dummy out. You, however, were quick to agree with their deluded version of events, which I thought extremely ignorant, all things considered.

I'm giving you my opinion and arguing my point - that's not 'nit picking', it's what these places are for.

If you compare our actions with that of the players and staff of Lille, we oozed class that night.

Our performance may have been both scrappy and disjointed, but everything we did complied with the laws of the game - hence why UEFA have charged Lille with improper behaviour and not us.

All that aside, I'm looking forward to, essentially, winning the championship in your back yard next weekend, and hopefully that thug Bellamy will resist taking a golf club to Ronaldo prior to it.

You're the one providing me with idiotic statements to correct.

As they say, you can only beat what's put in front of you, and we'll do so again this weekend.
