**** me treble posts! OOPPS! 
it was taking so long to accept my post i pressed the barsteward three times honest!
now what about this trackday?
one of my friends might come, Porsche 911 rs, race suspesion cage, slicks and about 350bhp, plus has raced in porcshe cup so it should give you faster boys something to chase mellow?

I'm one of the old Badger meeting people, i'll be up for it in my new car if its dry. Rob (Neo) will probably come too, maybe Neil (Octane Man) if he's in the country. Try Glen at Revolution, but he's often busy.
Even if its not dry i'll come and meet the new people and some of the old, but my car will not be up for the blast.

Wow what a pleasant surprise i got when i come bac and have seen all of the replies this is great Well I suppose now i got some time off i can get this meet organised so we can all get together and talk cars and even better have a run out and have some fun. I have been thinking on the weekend starting the 19th/20th if that sounds good to people please email me or reply to this message and let me know whos up for it.
Well over the xmas busy time for me and before anybody asks if i was santa I wasnt. me and My father run a coach company whcih gets a bit busy over xmas. So when i wasnt driving all over the place or organising drivers or jobs I managed to get in touch with croft race circuit near Scotch Corner. They mentioned if we can get 25 definite names that want to have some fun on the track then for a £140.00 we can have 6 X 20min sessions on one of there pre planned track days which also includes a session with a racing instructor.
And Mellow we know you can drive please dont offer your services as the race instructor as us lowly mortals would never be able to keep up HEHEHEHE.
By the way to everyone thats been so patient in waiting for this weekend run i hope you will all come and meet up and we can find some good roads in the Durham area ending up in a nice loca pub for photos and chat.
Another thing did anyone see the Police Camera Action last night as it featured a few Imprezas which showed what a serious bit of Kit we got. well impressive the cars not the idiots driving them.
Alot is going to be happening this year and I hope we can all have a safe and good time with the cars and new friends we have all found (DO I SOUND LIKE A PRIEST OR WHAT?)

Greetings... Just dusted off the keyboard to drop a note..
Sounds like there should be a few more folks out there wanting to get together, last year I organised a few get togethers but the attendance was affected by the weather and people having other committments. I think if you give plenty of notice then people will be able to get their pass sorted from 'er indoors.
Unfortunatley I'll not be able to make the dates mentioned as I've gotta go to go away again on business. Bummer!!!!

Just had an Email from SUBTYPER and he said he's not forgotten about a get together he's just been snowed under with business.
Watch this space and I'm sure something will surface in the near future, will be better then as the weather should start to pick up for us.

I reckon there is as much chance of Alan Shearer cheering up than a Newcastle meet happening.
Newcastle meet my ****! 2months and not a snifter of a run out. Just like the toon, no chance of success!!!!!

couldnt help but notice this trackday business
ive been onto croft and they are starting to organise dates!
Saturday 23rd march £140 6x20 min including lunch and v.a.t
Saturday 6th april "........... as above................."
Monday 6th May ".............as above................"
Not a bad deal and the days are run very well!
nice circuit and its nice and local for us northern lads/lasses
Spoke to Clare who sorts it out and she said there has been interest in the 6th may.
personally id like to go for the 23rd of march coz im rareing to go. plus my tyres are nearly shafted and couldnt think of a better way to put them to bed!

Where were you last year when I organised a few meets up this way, when some North East Scoobys turned out. Now that there's some interest shown up this way then hopefully we'll be able to sort out a meet.
The first meet we had was in snow and we still had 6 cars then, the next had around 12, you gotta start small and build up.
At least SUBTYER is making the effort at trying to get something together that will keep everyone happy, I know I spent a lot of time planning routes last year but international commitments make it difficult for me to help out at the moment.

The meets last year were february & march.. Shame you missed out on a good run out. It's hard trying to find a route that appeals to most and is central to people from the Newcastle area and Teeside.
Watch and Wait.... There'll be something when the weather gets better up this way, more enjoyable when you can have a conversation with folks and it isn't howling a gale.
Even if I've gotta give up what spare time I have myself to plan something I will, just be patient.
