Hi Dave

I should not have been so sure about my tyres (REO40s also) - checked them after my session at 3pm and the front two were totally bald, with about an inch of canvas width also on each one. Funny thing is that wear on one was on the outside of the tyre and the wear on the other was on the inside of the tyre - maybe a feature of the Powerstation geometry and the type of course - not seen it before on the race circuit events I have done.

Feels good to get some real value out of a set of tyres - looking forward to seeing the fitter's face when I go in for new ones.

Dave

^ Was it Si in his? (Dark grey)

Nice to see some new faces there, eh Steve

Thank you very much for the Tommi autograph. I think he was reigning WRC champ when I asked for it, so your speed of service is second only to mine (Someone mention Lichfield stickers? Shhhhh...)

I've lost the will to live and Litchfield has now moved on to Time Share Holidays..

To remind you of what was originally requested (to save you blowing the dust of the others)

Or work the Sticky magic so the Powerstation bit is slightly bigger and it'll fit on the back window.. same size as the WYIOC Stickers...

I won't even push him for the text he said he'd send me 'within an hour' with Kev' Turbo's number...

That was aimed at the organisers for putting the cars that far away from the spectators..

Not you or your camera... for which considering the distance.. you did a fine job spotting the blue dot moving about..

Err i let you past mate and its was err wet and granted it is twitchy... top fun though hooning around with the scoob **** funny when Andre was waving his arms about like a nutter following you, niether me or him could see anything apart from spray believe me it was bloody scary... very bloody scary... christ know how the F1 drivers cope with full wets and the amount of spray, HUGE respect now... becouse i honestly couldn't even see the front of the car at 90mph or the track at all...

BTW Dave did a monumental spin, wish i'd have had it on video it was a peach must have been a 75mph spin too... at least he kept it on the island, wich is hard when your sidewasy at 80 mph thinking OOOooo there's no gripon this bit... wish i'd have had the cam...!

. must have been your mate who was driving. in the afternoon when it was dry and sunny. i don`t think there was a lot in it. and if once i`ve done my suspensen. my car will be different again . and yes it was great fun chaseing you round. si loved it to. Found out of subaru that the diff. controler is 41% front~59% rear and lock is 50~50.... which is crap. and makes it very hard work. with overstear. all in all subaru have taken the fun factor out of the sti10. and just made the diff a safty feature and it can not be altered may get rid of it and get something i can have a lot more fun in OFFERS OVER £23,500 ps. sorry daz forgot your mates name. top bloke though.
